Who is Sara?

Sara is the founder of Tonalli Spiritual Practice.  She is a licensed social worker who found the benefits of energy healing in her own personal life. 

Sara has been practicing as a healer for several years because of the wonders it did for her. She has become an expert in emotional stress and trauma, addictions, and relationships due to her background as a social worker.

Sara also holds a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and a first degree black belt in American Kenpo, as well as additional training in Wing Chun, Shaolin Kung Fu, and Tae Kwon Do.  

Sara has studied energy flow and chi through the use of martial arts to understand the body on a physical level.  

Sara also has a certification in Creative Emotional Wizardry through Dr. Randall Robirds and has taken TTAPS classes with Dr. Alan Bonebrake.
